"As with any service it mis typical to shop more than one source and we did. The receptionist (Lori) was so nice, so professional that we were compelled to select Ellis Law firm. On our initial visit were were greeted warmly and net with Scott exactly on time. It took just minutes in his office to confirm we had made the right choice. He was extremely patient and took time to explain the procedure step-by-step and that we understood. This firm excuses professionalism, poise and carding. "Scott is honest, upfront and full of integrity. You can tell he really cares about you and your case. I had several bad experiences with other lawyers in the area when dealing with a custody case. It just seemed like it was a job for them or they were just in it for the money or they did not want to fight for me. Like I said, Scott really cares. He will fight for the best outcome with integrity and professionalism. I am so glad I found Scott. When it comes to family law there is no better lawyer in the Tyler area. Not to mention the rest of the office staff. No waiting for days for them to return phone calls or weeks to return emails. I have retained Scott and his team 3 times now. Every time I have a question or concern it is met with a swift response. I never have felt like they were annoyed with me even when I call multiple times a day with questions. I can’t say that for any other family law firm in Tyler that I have dealt with. HECK I can't say any other lawyer in Tyler got back to me the same day, week or even month in some cases.
